ViewportFrames appear desaturated

  1. What do you want to achieve? I want the shading on my ViewportFrames to appear as black instead of grey.
  2. What is the issue? ViewportFrames appear desaturated, with grey shadows even with an ambient of 0.

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? I tried setting the lightcolor and ambient to many different values, including ones outside of the 0-255 range.

it was fog sorry, i added an atmosphere set to 0 and it fixed it

I noticed this too yesterday, I didn’t realise that ViewportFrames had some sort of fog. It isn’t noticeable unless you have a part that is very far away inside the render - I was setting up a minimap view using a 3D model and had the camera very far away with a very low FoV to emulate Orthographic view.
