Hello, I encountered an issue where the Violations & Appeals page displays an appeal as accepted, but Roblox simultaneously sends notifications stating that the same appeal was rejected.
Three of my UGC Avatar Body bundles were removed for alleged duplication, even though the bundles are not identical.
The affected bundle IDs are:
103239290185246,
197466489780826,
157981541440473,
I submitted appeals through the Violations & Appeals page. All three entries later displayed “Appeal accepted.”
However, despite the appeals being shown as accepted, I received Roblox notifications titled “Appeal Rejected” for the same bundle IDs.
I initially suspected that the appeal system was displaying an incorrect status, so I contacted Roblox Support by email.
The first support response rejected the appeal and changed the removal reason to “Spam.” I replied to the existing support email explaining that the bundles were not spam. After another review, Roblox Support restored and approved all three bundles.
At the exact time I received the email confirming that the bundles had been approved, I also received approximately 10 identical “Appeal Rejected” notifications within a few minutes. I had not submitted any new appeals at that time. Each bundle had only been appealed once through the website.
At the time, each bundle still banned.
