🧑🏫 Rank Description
Level 1 Learner: People who join the group will be given this role. During sessions, they will be able to learn on how to achieve a Management position and learn the essential in each group.
Level 2 Learner: This role can be achieved once someone has reached a significant amount of merits, and has accepted their application in our Admissions Center. During sessions, they are able to learn how to achieve a High Rank position within groups and its essentials, along with many other topics regarding employment.
Level 3 Learner: This role will also be achieved once someone has reached a significant amount of merits, and has accepted their application in our Admissions Center. This role will be able to learn about how to receive a Presidential Team spot; and the essentials on how to operate a successful group.
Vista Graduate: This role will only be given to individuals who are Level 3 Learners and have successfully passed their Admissions Center application. They are still able to join our school campus and participate in sessions, however; they won’t be promoted.
Allied Representative: This role is only achievable to the individuals who are representing our affiliates.
Vista Noted: This role is only obtainable to former Executives and Senior Leadership Team members to honor their contributions to the group.
Staff Intern: This role is only obtainable through applications and isn’t apart of the Management Team; as it’s a trial role.
Teaching Staff: This is our team’s first Management Team role. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Senior Teaching Staff: This is our team’s second Management Team role. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Supervisor: This is our team’s third Management Team role. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Coordinator: This is our team’s fourth and last Management Team role. Members of the job will have weekly obligations that must be met. To utilize all of our platforms, a professional manner and grammar are necessary. However, grammar is not needed when chatting on our communications server.
Contributor: Those allocated to this job are either commissioned or work full-time on Vista Academy’s projects. This might include things like graphics or in-game development.
Corporate Assistant: This is the first Corporate role for our team. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staff Management, Public Relations or Student Development Department, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Vista Academy’s operations.
Corporate Officer: This is the second Executive role for our team, also known as the Co-Leads for their department. Members of this role will be either in the Staff Management, Public Relations or Student Development Department, depending on what department they chose to start within their career, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Vista Academy’s operations.
Corporate Director: This is the third and last department role for our team, also known as the Lead of their department. Members of this role will be assigned to either the Staff Management, Public Relations or Student Development Department, where they must complete their obligations on a regular basis to guarantee activity and devotion to their present position. They must maintain a professional approach at all times, have great grammatical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Vista Academy’s operations.
Vice President: This is our first Senior Leadership Team rank, also known as the Overseer of the selected department. Individuals in this rank are overseeing their selected departments to ensure they are operating smoothly, and are assisting the Senior Leadership Team.
Senior Vice President: This is our second Senior Leadership Team rank, they are overseeing all of the departments and are assisting in Visa Academy’s operations.
President: This is our third Senior Leadership Team rank, they are able to assist the Owner in operating the group and manage the staff team.
Owner: This is our fourth and last Senior Leadership Team rank. The Owner is the Senior Leadership Team Lead, as well as managing the group operations, staff team and development.
⏰ Session Schedule
Our Management Team will be hosting sessions at specific times in our school campus, where you will be able to learn about Roblox groups. Make sure to join 15 minutes before the session starts, and from there; you will need to pay attention to the Host’s instructions. If you have any inquiries, inform the Management Team members that are presented in the session.

We would like to thank you for showing interest in affiliating with Vista Academy. We strive to ensure that everyone feels at ease with our community and staff members. That being stated, we have a number of needs and expectations for our affiliates to meet on a regular basis in order to maintain a positive bond and an efficient cooperation. If you believe your community fulfills our criteria, please apply by completing the questions below and submitting them in a properly formatted document. Once completed, please direct message it to our Public Relations Lead or a Public Relations member, who will respond to your application’s status within 24-72 hours of submission.
Affiliate Requirements
- Your group must have a total of 850 members.
- Your Discord Server must have a total of 150 members.
- Your staff should be professional and must not have any past drama with Vista Academy.
- Your group should have a clear, safe reputation within the industry.
- Your representatives must be willing to co-operate with our Public Relations Department.
- You must have a stable, welcoming and kind community.
Expectations
- A warning will be issued if there is any drama displayed on your platforms. However, if the drama is severe, we will be forced to withdraw as an alliance since we do not want any conflict to be exhibited.
- Representatives on your behalf must maintain a professional demeanor throughout all of Vista Academy’s platforms. If this is not the case, a punishment will be imposed on our behalf against our affiliation.
- All of Vista Academy’s events will be made public upon request. However, we will never ask you to publicize any job openings. In this situation, your community should follow suit. If you request that we announce an application, we will deny since we do not do so.
- Representative adjustments must be implemented right away. This implies that if you need to send in another representative because one is leaving/resigning from their post, you must do it as soon as possible.
