This document will show all of our ranks and their part in the group.

Level 1 Learner: these are members of our community who will be learning about the process of becoming an MR at groups, how to apply and how to stand out.

Level 2 Learner: these are members of our community who have taken their quiz and are now a Level 2 learner, learning about progressing as an MR at groups and building a reputation. 200 merits are required.

Level 3 Learner: these are members of our community who have taken their second quiz and are now a Level 3 learner, they will be learning about business management and how they can start their first group on the platform. 400 merits required.

Master Learner: these are members of our community who have taken their final quiz and are now studying business management.

Educational Assistant: the final Lower Rank in our community. You must have successfully passed your tier 4 examination in order to become EA, supporting our Lecturers in the classroom. You will also be eligible to be recommended for Intern Lecturer with hard work, dedication and activity. This rank can also be achieved via gamepass.

Intern Lecturer: these are EA’s who have either been recommended or passed a Junior Leadership Team application. They will undergo an internship before coming a fully-fledged Lecturer here at Vista Academy.

Junior Lecturer: these are Intern Lecturer’s who have successfully undergone and succeeded in their internship. Their main teaching focus will be towards our Level 1 learners.

Experienced Lecturer: these are lecturers who have been working at the group for approximately a month and are ready to expand onto their next phase of education, teaching our more qualified Level 2 learners.

Senior Lecturer: these are highly experienced lecturers who have been with us for a number of months, demonstrating their skill and eloquence in the art of teaching. They are therefore permitted to teach our Level 3 learners on business management.

Senior Administrator: This is the final Junior Leadership Team rank here at Vista Academy, SAs will be in charge of learner examinations and administration, overseeing attendance and attainment and supporting their chosen department, however, they will not become a fully qualified department member until they are promoted to one of our 3 Executive Leadership roles.

Public Relations Coordinator: This is one of our 3 Executive Leadership ranks, they will be a part of our Public Relations department, managing and forming partnerships with the wider Roblox community and maintaining our Learner Careers Service. They are responsible to the Vice President of Public Relations and Careers.

Staff Management Coordinator: will be a member of our Staff Management department, overseeing the recruitment and training of each and every staff member as well as monitoring activity and performance, providing promotions or consequences if necessary. They are responsible to the Vice President of Staff Management.

Teaching & Learning Coordinator: will be a member of our Teaching and Learning department, leading the creation of our curriculums and teaching material, maintaining these to an exceptionally high standard and ensuring the learning environment at our Academy is appropriate. They are responsible to the Vice President of Teaching and Learning.

Executive Assistant to the President: Executive Assistant to the Presidential Team, will carry out tasks on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team and answer support questions that the President is unable to access.

Vice President: This is the first rank of our Senior Leadership Team. Vice Presidents will lead their designated department, issuing tasks, marking tasks and overseeing the performance and stability of the department as a whole.

Senior Vice President: Our Senior Vice Presidents will work alongside the President to stabilise the group and its funds, managing operations from a marketing point of view and the overall Academy itself.

President: Full ownership & management of entire academy
