Voice chat option is correctly enabled in studio.
Roblox experience detail page aslo showed voice chat supported
But in game players won’t connect to voice chat server.

Unfortunately, assuming it isn’t a sub-place which you are referring to, afaik this is intended. Iirc Roblox currently only supports voice chat when the max-player count is set to 50 or less; and the linked place has it set to 100.
