Voice Chat not appearing anywhere

The “Enable Voice Chat” is missing in-game. I have been searching for a day and I understood that it has been moved in the in-game menu to enable, yet it’s still not there. I suspected it might be because I was recently verified but it should have given me to enable despite it being recent. The reason might be because of the region, but friends who live in the same region as me did get voice chat. It has been making me very confused, meaning everything should be working but nothing has happened.

Expected behavior

I expected if I am verified, I can use voice chat.

I also appear to have the same issue. Should I open a similar bug report? The only difference is that I used to have voice chat until it was oddly taken away, with nothing in the communication settings.

My voice chat settings are found in-game via settings.
I just change the slider next to voice chat as per this image here:

There’s no option in communication settings, apart from voice data collection (which I believe doesn’t affect Voice chat)

It could also be the mic permissions on the device, too…
