I’m a small builder/developer and its very hard to earn any robux to fund coders and blender artist for my dream projects.

I can speak one language very well, and that is German. It’s my first language. I hope this will help me fund my projects.

Judging by your English usage in your post, I think you have established that you are competent with speaking and writing in English, so perhaps including a paper or paragraph written in fluent German could prove that you are able to switch between both?
