Greetings, everyone! I am here on behalf of the Ownership Department and Corporate Department at Voriana to introduce you to the Voriana Public Handbook. In this handbook, you will be able to find everything from recipe guides, ban appeals, rank duties, and much more. This handbook will be updated frequently to keep the community of Voriana updated on Voriana target operations.

How do I get a job at Voriana?
Getting a job at Voriana is very easy and simple! In order to get a job at Voriana, you must join our Discord server (can be found via group) and apply for a position whenever position applications open up for the position you are wanting to apply for. Please note that you do have to earn promotions and they are not just handed out to members of the staff team/public here at Voriana.
Joining the Voriana Discord server is simple, easy, and enjoyable! With joining our Discord server, you unlock a realm of possibilities ranging from chatting everyday with our community, sharing love and laughter, or just getting some information regarding Voriana. To join our server you must go to our social links on our ROBLOX group , then click the little Discord icon/emoji, then you will be directed to a prompt to join our Discord server.

In this section of the Voriana Public Handbook, you can find all the information that you will need to know regarding Voriana and its affiliated partner program. Here you can find things such as affiliated partner requirements, affiliated partner duties, and many more exciting things regarding affiliated partners. If you have any questions, message member of Public Relations.
Affiliated Partner Requirements
Located below you can find Voriana’s affiliated partner requirements that all groups must meet before applying for an alliance here at Voriana. Not meeting these requirements means you cannot form an alliance with Voriana. We do not make any exceptions unless you are a development group that has worked with Voriana in the past, everything is subject to change.
- Group must have 1,000 members (or more).
- Group must be active and communicable VIA Discord.
- Group must be professional and have professional standards.
- Group must follow Voriana’s rules and regulations at all given moments.
- Group must not have a bad reputation on ROBLOX or with Voriana.
Affiliated Partner Duties
On this part you can find the affiliated partner duties for Voriana. This will explain and exclaim what the duties are of affiliated partners of Voriana. Affiliated partners must follow these steps at all times, not following these duties could result in a termination between our partnership.
- You are required to announce all of Voriana’s events that are requested. We do not announce staff applications.
- You are required to have two affiliated partner representatives in the Voriana Discord server at all times no matter what.
- You are required to be respectful to the Voriana community and employees, alongside following the Voriana rules and regulations too.
- You must announce all Voriana requested announcements within 24 hours of being asked to do so or your group will receive a warning, the third warning is a termination.
In this section you will find the affiliated partner questions for Voriana. With this being said, all applications that are sent to the Public Relations team for review must be in a nicely formatted Google Document. If not, you will be asked to organize it so that it is easy to be read by us. If affiliated partner representatives are banned from the Voriana Discord server, you must either choose new members to represent your group, or have them submit a ban appeal if their ban is not marked as permanent and has not already sent in a ban appeal before in the past (and was accepted). If you fail to follow this rule, your application will be automatically declined by us.[1] What is the name of your group?

[10] Do you understand that we have the right to fail your application if it doesn’t meet criteria?
Ban Appeal Information
Ban Appeal Information
In this section of the handbook, you can find all of the information that you need to know about for our ban appeals. With our ban appeals, we are always about giving everyone a second chance at being apart of the wonderful Voriana community and with ban appeals, that lets us make it happen.
With ban appeals, you are required to send in an application on a nicely and neatly formatted Google Document to any member of our Ownership Department. If your application is not sent to a member of the Ownership Department, it will automatically be declined. Your application must have detail, must show that you’ve put effort into it, and must satisfy the Ownership Department and make them believe that you should be given a second chance to be apart of the Voriana community. If you fail your application, you are always welcomed and allowed to send another ban appeal application to a member of our Ownership Department after two weeks of getting your results back from your latest application sent in. If you fail your ban appeal application a second time, it then becomes a permanent ban and you will no longer be able to appeal your ban. If you are banned again and you have sent a ban appeal (that was passed), prior to you regaining access to the server, you are no longer allowed to appeal your ban and it then becomes permanent.

Ban Appeal Disclaimer(s)
With you sending in your ban appeal, please note that it can be declined for any reason such as: you are trolling or being disrespectful on an affiliated partner’s premises. You have gained a bad reputation within your time being banned/already had one prior to your ban, are showing lack of empathy for your ban to be appealed, etc. We only want positivity and respect in Voriana. When finished with your ban appeal application, send it to a member of the Staffing Department.
If you have any further questions regarding the Voriana Public Handbook, do not fret to message a member of the Corporate Department about your questions/inquires at any time. They will not fret to answer your question, and if they cannot answer it, message a member of the Ownership Team.
