I’m working on increasing my game’s session time, which has unfortunately been quite low. I suspect the need for 2+ players to be online simultaneously might be the main problem affecting the retention rate.
Since I’ve been heavily playtesting the game myself, I feel like I might be too close to it to see the bigger picture. I’d really appreciate some fresh perspectives from anyone—any insights or suggestions would be helpful
Add bots so people can play (as noone else is playing the game and you have to invite your friends to have a good experience)
The tutorial was just too hard on the eye, there was too much text make it simpler (add a training course?), also if someone selected the PC option for the screen, don’t give them mobile instructions, same applies vice versa.
Maybe give players easy maps at the start? There was one map which was too hard there were 4 walls shaped like a square.

Ah I see which one you’re talking about, I suppose some changes can be made along with all the maps. I am probably too skilled at my own game to be testing the maps
