I checked myself and have’t seen any issues with any of the websites pages you’ve listed.
I don’t know whether its because it was a temporary bug or they have fixed it.
I believe the most plausible case is you have very “stuttery” internet and parts of the DOM didn’t load correctly, mainly the css. The page might have had requests fail, timeout, or are interrupted.
This behaviour is present on other websites in certain instances as well.
