Website User Status Not Updating?

Some of my friends have incorrect statuses. It shows that they are in-game, however join game doesn’t appear (and I do know that their privacy settings have allowed me to follow them).

It hasn’t updated for me apparently. It’s also affecting following players in-game.

I’ve asked a few others if they are having this same problem.

My younger brother hasnt stopped playing Phantom Forces in days.
I’m getting worried about him.
