Week 1 Retention - Miscalculation

Hi Team,

For our experience Zo Samurai, it looks like the W1 Retention is not calculating as it should.

You can see from the image below that each platform has higher W1 Retention than the ‘Total’.

Can you please help us look into this?

Expected behavior

For the W1 retention ‘total’ to reflect the average of all the platforms it is pulling from!

We’re moving to industry standard charts and the W1 Retention chart is going away after we update engagement and retention page. Could you provide more information on how Week1 Retention helps your make decisions?
