Betas and Tests
[Studio Beta] Animation Clip Editor: Improved Importing and glTF Support
- The Animation Clip Editor importer now uses the Import 3D codepath and adds glTF support, multiple-clip importing, automatic local saves to ServerStorage/RBX_ANIMSAVES, a loading spinner, and an updated rest pose selection dialog.
- This unification delivers faster, more stable imports and consistent behavior with Import 3D, while requiring a separate upload step because imported clips are only saved locally in ServerStorage/RBX_ANIMSAVES.

2FA via Hardware Security Keys - Available on Android
- Hardware security key two-factor authentication is available on Android with FIDO2/WebAuthn using USB-C or NFC keys.
- This adds hardware-backed protection that reduces phishing risk and matches web/iOS support, and requires updating the app and configuring keys under Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication.
Forums Category now allows custom sorting
- Forum categories can be re-ordered via drag-and-drop in Configure Community → Forums.
- Changes save automatically and appear immediately to all members, and only roles with the “Manage categories” permission can make these edits.
PSA: Several common yielding methods have been renamed
- Many common yielding methods were renamed to add an Async suffix (e.g.,
Player:LoadCharacterAsync), while the original names are deprecated but remain available. - The rename signals that these calls yield and can error, encouraging concurrent usage (task.spawn) and error handling (pcall), while methods like Instance:WaitForChild and RemoteFunction:InvokeClient/InvokeServer were not renamed and all future yielding methods will end with Async.
