I work for a game that’s been in the making recently as an animator, and I’ve been encountering this sort of problem since forever where the player equips their weapon while moving, it’ll cause the legs to move indefinitely despite doing any action. This problem does not occur when the player equip their weapon while standing completely still. I’m unsure if this is a problem on the animation side or the scripting side as I don’t have any knowledge of scripting and some of the developers are asking me about it.
It would be much appreciated if anyone can help me with this issue.
