Weird behaviour with animation editor

Does anyone know how to fix this? Basically what I am running into is when I am trying to animate the gun using move/rotate tool, the UI for it shows up at 0, 0, 0 instead of where the part is. I have tried restarting studio, no difference. If I click on one of the body parts of the dummy, it will show up in its correct place, otherwise it’ll show up at 0, 0, 0.

baseplate may be in the same group as your gun for some reason, if so try taking it out of group and maybe that will help.

It is not in the same model as the gun, it is completely seperate. The gun model is inside of the dummy model and the dummy model is parented to workspace, no baseplate in the dummy model either.

The behaviour coming from it is even stranger, I moved the dummy to 0, 0, 0 and it moved the marker further away like shown in the first mage
