Weird bug on build of this mail sign I made

Hey guys, hope you’re feeling good during the upcoming christmas season. :snowflake::christmas_tree::santa:Anyways, when I was working on a showcase of mine, I noticed this bug, or some sort that I wasn’t cleared of.

Here’s the clip to understand my problem:-
(I’m sorry that you need to download the video to see it, but I will certainly use softwares like Gyazo, I heard of and such, thanks for the concern)
robloxapp-20201211-0051538.wmv (1.3 MB)

Note that this is no free model, not grouped, its all separate parts, and not scripted and such

Any thoughts?:smile::smile:

Put simply, if you have two parts and they have faces that overlap, Roblox will have trouble deciding which one to show on top, resulting in that kind of behavior. I would recommend moving any parts that are a different color or material slightly away from each other.

It’s called Z Fighting, and if that’s what you are experiencing, then just make the red parts very slightly thicker than the white part.

I always forget the name of it, but yes, this is what I mean.

They’re actually not Z fighting, as you can see, the red parts are touching and collides on the white part.

Also, to let you know, both the red parts and the big white part are neon, transparency to 0.1, it gives this illusion type of look to it

I can definitely see your problem, you’re using transparency, which is definitely the root of your issue. Try originating all of the parts at the center of your build, and then try again.

Sounds like the problem is solved, thanks for helping out mate!
