The pad is controlled by an AlignPosition. The SpringConstraint is for visuals only. Normally the humanoid will slowly ease into position as the spring moves up and down, but if I toggle SpringConstraint.Enabled then the humanoid will stick to the pad like a normal physics object, but only for one cycle before returning to the weird easing behavior.
This is on a play solo client.
