Hello, I was wondering what are the exact requirements to be eligible to see immersive ads? My account seems to be ineligible.
My account is 13+ and ID-verified, but it used to be 13- before I made a rectification request under the GDPR Rectification Rights.
I miss out on in-experience rewards because of this.

Ok, in that case, you only need a Roblox account with e-mail verification, to get the in-game ads or video. I’ve seen it plenty of times on other devices that my friends or family use and asked them the same thing. The only thing common was, they only did e-mail verification and the account birthdays made them at least 13.

I have already done this on my account. I think my account might be glitched.
If you are trying to view the ads from within your own experience on your own account, I believe it filters those. Are you able to see ads or videos in other experiences that display them?

No, I am trying to see ads in other experiences such as Natural Disaster Survival (to get the hammer).
