Hey guys, I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to improve the shop area of my lobby? For me, everything just looks a little off and empty. Thanks ![]()
Notes:
- there could be a circular path in the center that connects to the main straight path, with room for grass around it
- also, I’m not a fan of the path texture, too sharp imo, could be smoother
- leaves look a too small imo
- there’s two 3 different crate types, which I find odd. each have a different style too which is why it might feel off. It’s generally like that throughout the build too I think, but not as bad as it could be.
- lot of brown, green, and blue. something in the background would be cool, but more colors around the area would be good. Maybe potted flowers, but I’m not sure what else tbh. The lampost could be gray instead of gray

There could also be differences in the stands for each shopkeeper, trailored to them or what they sell, but that is more work. A simple color change (not all red/white) could be enough.
If you are okay to change the arrangements of the shops, it may be better to put them along the path and facing to it.
What if instead of everything being around the outside you put everything except the trees and maybe the boxes in a circle facing outwards from the center of the island?
Maybe you can put a statue in the center or something like a large canopy over the stalls, and change the path to be a ring around the center instead of a line through.
Then keep the trees on the outside, maybe you can add some other flora as well like bushes, grass models, flowers.
