I want to know what software I can use to record my voice with my microphone and be able to put the sound on Roblox with it saying it can’t be that type of file or so!
The only software I have does not support the files I need to make it into a Roblox sound.
The only solution I know is asking you guys if you know a voice recorder app that uses good files that allow me to publish them on Roblox.

I am trying to record my voice with a voice changer(I Have the voice changer) so I can add them into my games as Cutscenes and flashbacks.
OBS Studios OR Stream Labs is a great way to do this.
It can record your voice over gameplay and save it right to your PC.
It also has the option to let you Livestream if you need that ability.
EDIT: My apologies I thought you were trying to record ROBLOX related videos, and post them to Youtube or something, I would go with @TeamSwordphin’s advice.
I personally use Audacity for everything voice-over related, from podcasts to simple cutscene configurations. It will be all you need. It is free and allows you to edit the sounds to your liking with a lot of effects.
You can export it to .mp3 or .ogg which Roblox allows. If you already have voice files from your voice changer app, you can also import them into audacity and re-export them into the correct file formats so Roblox can take them.
