I think its alright, and I only know one problem with it.

I like the color and textures but it just doesn’t look a lot like a jacket. There’s no arm hole, no buttons or zippers, no pockets or collar area, no neck hole. It’s just a straight line from the top down. I think if you detail it a bit more it will be very nice.

Cool shirt! I love the materiel and colors, but the neck area should be cut off along with the hand area.

You’re getting closer. The texture has been improved, the colours are sorta matching! I still think you should make a bigger hole for the neck, as it is not very easy to see.
Overall, the improvement really pops out!
The colour scheme is good, it has a lot of potential!
I think you could add a neck hole, even if you just use an eraser brush in a circle and make one, and arm holes. Also, it would be good to detail it a tad, maybe a pocket, or some shading (might be too advanced for you at the moment) and even possibly some buttons.
I think those things would make this top a really good first design!
