My team & I are working on this project and at first we liked how the construction site was but it turns out that its a bit smaller than what we imagined and we currently don’t know what else to add to the site. So i was wondering if i hopped on here and asked you guys you would have some good ideas that we haven’t yet though of.

Looks good, i think the problem is the world your building is really flat, why not try using the terrain system to make things a bit more bumpy give them some more character. The crane is particularly nice, it might be tempting to use the physics system to make it functional…
I suggest utilizing different textures and color to the “dirt” on the ground, it seems too boring and unattractive: Maybe try adding wet patches of dirt, traffic cones, signs, or some pebbles. The best way to make it more referenced to a construction site is to look up some references on the internet, comparing your builds to an actual structure will help you understand what’s missing.

I feel like you should include a lighter ground material or texture to intense the feel of a construction site include different machines, items and trucks you should pace different objects on pallets whether it be stone, brick, wood, steel and more.
Currently, there is just a black wall around the site which looks alright but I’m assuming they go for more steel kind of gates or normal gates you see around the world. Redoing the different objects isn’t the perfect option and therefore you should or add some objects around the surroundings trucks rocks in corners or on the side of fence.
The fences usually have construction logos or signs telling people it’s a construction site. Something similar to this at the start it’s good it just needs a few more improvements:

As already stated, I think Terrain would be somewhat better.
When I look at the crane it appears to be a whole lot stronger than cranes you’d see at most construction sites. The crane tower is almost half the width of the building you’re creating with it.
And you need stairs to the trailer doors. Also where are the outhouses? lol
