For the yard, you can add a pool. For the interior, add beds, more lights or windows so it doesn’t look dark (or just turn of CastShadow on some parts), a toilet and kitchen.

Kitchen, Bedrooms, Washrooms, and most importantly, more lighting

Thanks to @Tommybridge and @Dannlabs

Talking about the overall build of the house, it looks decently good, I noticed that you can improve the pavement by adding a “concrete-looking” texture to it, giving it a more “side of the road” type of feeling to it.

The backyard: Add some garden, like bushes with flowers on it, maybe some flowerbeds, one or two apple trees, add a swinging bench

Something like this:-

Ok, now the interior of the house, build the basic stuff, you know, living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, for the more detail parts, add things like lamps, sofa, tv, anything you know, the things which normally will have in a normal house.

You should make an interior Gaming room With neon Parts and a computer model.
That would look really nice.

and you would be able to use it for a showcase

Some of the walls look very thin, and the fences could definitely use more detail, along with your windows and mailbox. Some of the other elements of the house look small, too, like your pillars at the front, and the back looks very small for a sliding door (I’m supposing that’s what you’re going for). Try adding textures as well.

The front appearance of the house lacks proper details, have you intended to add a round window in the top area to make it feel more appealing not only but to fill in the empty areas throughout the build.

I’m curious you got most of the house decor planned out, I would always gather a few reference images to help you understand what’s lacking on your house. American houses normally strive to have proper elements to add to the front appearance ‘instead of throwing a bland material instead try creating tiles out of parts of place a roof texture to look more better’.

It’s a good start but most of the details could be researched on your own doing the props need to match the setting it’s in, including features for the interior backyard ect. (Add wall lighting, house numbers, plants, exterior furniture).
