What format of AnimationTrack I should use to set it to specific time?

Hello. I made sitting animation, which have 3 main phases:

  1. sit down, (0-1:05)
  2. sit idle, (1:05-2:00)
  3. stand up. (2:00-2:21)

And I want set AnimationTrack’s time, for example, to sit idle. What time I should type? Seconds, like this 1 + 5/30, or I should write it as I see in Animation editor 1:05 or animation time use another format?

Are you referring to its ‘TimePosition’ property? It expects a number value if assigned, i.e; ‘3.14’.
