What instance should i use for a grab move

so ive got a move that grabs the opponment by their head
but im not sure if i should use align position and orientation, or welds and motor6ds

just wondering which would be better for the situation

Align position/orientation is generally superior since you don’t need to worry about joints breaking or the target flinging the grabber.
