I don’t know what an aim assist is so I may be using the wrong term. What does an aim assist do? I’ve heard about them for fps games but never really learned what they do. If they are useful, how do I make one?
Aimbot is a Exploit a malicious(Virus, Illegal and Etc.) script that gives you Hacks to order to use it. They need a Injector to Inject on their Client or Victim and It’s not Allowed here in DevForum Even in Roblox.

I don’t have any idea, But it’s Illegal and you might get remove here by that. 
Do you mean aim assist? This is where the game will shift your cursor to a target if you’re close enough to it.

Aim assist is aim assist as name says.
Aiming on console device is harder than doing it on mouse, So developers (like fortnite) makes aim assist system for console users.
This does not means aimbot, Like @EmulationNerd said.
Ya, I accidentally wrote aimbot at first because I forgot what it was called.
