it’s been 5 business days (8 real days) since i last sent an appeal request through the support form and i have not received a response.
i understand that reviewing takes time, and that there’s lots of tickets, but i literally have 12 days left before the “appeal window” closes.

Been waiting a week here over a harmless trello link hidden in the game without my knowledge years ago immediately removed the link and everything but nobody’s responding to me and I have lost so much revenue

At this rate I’m starting to believe that.
they responded one of mine after 1-2 weeks (with that AI bot that never reads your appeal)
but i also made one before that, and well, that one they never responded
TL;DR: Roblox support is garbage
Thought I should give an update for the last time whilst this website still lets me do it.
It has now been 23 days (16 business days) since I sent in an appeal through the form. There is still no response to my ticket.
I’m pretty much convinced they just won’t answer me anymore.
Like, not even an AI has reviewed it? Really? Roblox wants an AI to create entire games just using a prompt, but it can’t answer an email?
Moral of the story, never make anything good on Roblox, I guess. It will take it away at a moment’s notice on a whim, and you’re never getting it back.
