What is the difference between AI Estimating your Age to get Trusted Connections, and Verifying it?

Why do we have 2 different age groups?

The AI could think I’m 5, but my ID proves I’m 25, so I’d have access to restricted experiences, but not trusted connections?

Why not just use one or the other?
