What is the module used for animated text in Trade hangout

I have been trying to find the richtext module Merely used for his game Trade Hangout.

What do I mean by “rich text module”?
It Is a module that generates a separate textlabel for each letter of a string so each label can be animated
It seems like Merely used a modified version of the Rich Text Markup module by Defaultio but I can’t be sure.

The problem with defaultios module Is it doesnt support continuous animations, that Is why I was looking for the module Merely used for the name tag animations

Maybe he just modified the existing module himself, it doesn’t look like it’s too hard to do anyways.
