What are these boxes and arrows, it’s really lagging my studio and I don’t know how to turn it off
I think it might be the wireframe rendering thingy. Idk but you could try. It looks like this:

Is this a free model from the Creator Store you put in your experience? If so, can you check if there are any instances of SelectionBox and/or SelectionSphere? To check, search for them in the Explorer tab.
Do you see them while play testing too? If so, they might be from the debugging tools roblox has inside the developer console and you could just disable every single option
