What is this, and how do I get this off my screen? (might sound stupid)

hello guys

today while messing around in studio, i seem to have done something very quickly on accident, and there are these weird colored highlighted boxes on my screen that seem to highlight the parts inside of my game

I dont know what this is even called, so what is it? how do i turn this off, and not manage to run into this issue again? please and thank you.

i dont have my glasses on either sooooooo the solution might be right infront of my eyes

If a value that looks like it’s not supposed to be off is on, turn it off.

hold Alt+S to access studio settings quickly.

for some odd reason, Are Assemblies Shown was turnt on…
had to turn it off because that was pretty much the problem
