What is this weird audio that played in my game?

Hey so I was making a game associated with audios and I was looking through the console and I saw someone playting this weird audio link

Can someone tell me what it is or means? And maybe tell me how to decrypt it?

@nyxato might be right. This is some kind of hidden/encrypted/modified audio link. It is deffinitely not a good idea to allow this in your game. Set up some checks to filter out unwanted link formats.
