What “Open Previous Tab” is for?

I don’t see any difference by pressing Ctrl+Shift+T.

This setting changes the keybind used for the Open Previous Tab function in Studio. This function was added recently when the script editor received tab updates. Open Previous Tab will reopen the last script editor tab that was closed. In order for this to do anything, a tab must first be closed. You can close a tab by pressing the x button at the right side of the script editor tab or by pressing Ctrl/Cmd + W.
