What Rig Should I Use For Graphic Design?

I’ve been trying to decide what style I should use the most, for the most part its just been me using the R15 Rig, but then I got a hold of an R6 One and now Im not sure, any suggestions?

Still, from a quality perspective and how much it would look, I like to consider my options but thanks!

Honestly a personal opinion, but I’d choose R6, R6 and R15 look very similar to each other now since you made the elbows/knees bendable.

But the thing is, R15 has those really weird bevelled hands and feet, with that awkward seam between the lower arm/leg and hand/foot and the upper/lower torso,
it’s like the hands and feet aren’t part of the arm/leg itself and it looks a bit weird also because the clothing doesn’t seem to line up/connect nicely at those spots, besides that I think a lot of people like R6 since it reminds them of classic Roblox and what used to be actual Roblox.

I don’t dislike R15, I think it’s amazing honestly, but when doing render/graphics stuff, it just looks a bit weird because of those seams/splitting body parts and clothing not lining up/connecting very well.

If you can make R6 look like R15 by bending the knees and arms, without those awkward seams and bevels between the body parts that R15 has, I’d say, use R6, it looks a bit more fancy with that mesh deformation.

Though, that’s kind of my view/opinion on it.

r6 or r15 doesn’t matter qua textures or quality. its just that r15 has bevels in the body that can come out wheird. i suggest you to try r6

That’s honestly what I was worried about looking back at the R15, the only thing is most rigs I don’t really like because of the quality however with this I think I have made my choice, plus I can always do both depending on a commission.

thanks bro

If the game you are doing the art for is r15, use r15. If the game is r6, use r6. Thats my opinion.
