Maybe some windows? Some kind of support that wraps around the roof line? If it was up to me, I would add windows as it would look nicer.
Something like wooden planks? (look up medieval low poly you’ll understand what I mean) add windows etc. I can’t really tell what this building is, so you can add windows + a bunker kind of thing (doesnt have to lead anywhere) or some pipes or something. The back of this doesnt look like its made to be seen by players
How about a flag? Like those medieval times where they had flags on the walls to represent the country or something. Here’s a picture of what I mean:
