I just made a donut shop, and I’d like to sell it.
What should the value of this be?

Could be around 100-300 R$ as the design is good. I slightly dislike the signs though. The outside is not the best as well, but the interior looks really nice!

Sorry, not much of a person who can find the value of your build. But I can provide some constructive criticism.
One thing I’d point out is the signage it uses a font that seems to be Comic Sans and it doesn’t seem very professional.
There’s also detailing which there doesn’t seem to be a lot of, so I suggest adding frames to windows, lighting and maybe editing some models already there like the chairs to have more definition like changing the chair backing parts to have spheres and bricks to create an antiqued look. Or add support beams on the legs and make the chair less tall as from the pictures they look as though the top would be quite high compared to the character.
May I also suggest that you get rid of some tables and make the ones still there wider because they look like they wouldn’t hold much.
But overall, it’s a very good build, love the donut part on top

I would say 50-500 Robux. It feels rushed. The interior is good (5-6/10). The door way feels empty though. Even adding something like a door mat would work. The exterior looks like a good start, but no way is it finished. The doughnut is fine, but from what I can see, the roof looks kind of off. I am not trying to be rude, but I do think changes can be made such as:
- Adding a door mat
- Maybe a “Doughnut Shop” sign to the doughnut outside
- Redo the roof
One last thing I found was that the materials were not consistent. Most of your build was Plastic/SmoothPlastic, but the floor was wood planks. Either change the rest of the build to something else, or remove the wood material. These are meant to be helpful not offending. These are also thing I would personally change.

I would go for 200-400 robux. The exterior and interior design just looks bland. The huge donut statue above does look great and signifies that it is a donut shop, but there needs to be some sort of color to the walls on both the interior and exterior parts, this also goes to the chairs, tables and literally anything that has no color at all.
This feels like it could go for $100-$175 robux. This is a pretty good shop, but there’s a lot of room for improvement !
Unfortunately I would only pay around 50-100 if i ever were to buy something like this. It feels a bit rushed and empty, if you added more stuff, and maybe the colors a bit nicer (in my opinion it feels very boring) and added in some detail then it would be worth more. Keep it up though!
Needs more flavour to it! I think it probably won’t sell for more than 500 Robux.

There doesn’t seem to be much detail nor thought into this shop. I would say 50-150 for this. It isn’t really detailed and it genuinely looks like a rushed build without thought.
Keep practicing and update it more and more, I’d love to see progress photos :- )
