Many people have been getting hacked, and they all do not know what to do! So here is a short tutorial to help you face this!
Start by going to Roblox Support and say:
Message
On [date] at [time] [timezone] my Roblox account was compromised and I lost [damages, robux, games, etc]. My valuables were stolen and so, I would like to invoke my one-time rollback as per your policy. I would also like to have my situation escalated to a Tier 2 Support Supervisor. Thank you.
Roblox introduced a new AI that talks with you for a bit before your request gets sent to their database. Just tell it “I want this issue escalated to human support.”
It will then push your ticket to the support form. You now must wait. Do NOT make more posts.
You will now get an email asking for ownership verification.
If you have bought Robux on this account at least 30 days ago, then you are in the perfect place! Just show them the bank transaction, Google Play receipt, App Store/iTunes receipts and Amazon receipt and you’re done!
If you are a DevEx user, then show them your DevEx transactions and tipalti information.
If you have done neither then it’s complicated. You need to convince them it’s you. It can be done by showing authenticator backup codes, past devices you played Roblox on, if you’re ID verified then you can use your ID. Else, there might be no way and you’re out of luck.
After that, you’ll get a new email asking for information on what you lost. Send them everything, Robux transactions, email of game transfers/group transfers, etc etc. And after a few days, or weeks, you’ll get all your items back!
I recommend using AI like Gemini if you face more issues. It can help a lot sometimes. In fact, I used gemini.google.com to help me recover my Robux when I got hacked.
ONLY use this if you lost a lot of Robux or something VERY valuable! You can only invoke this ONCE on your account and never again! So be EXTREMELY careful!
If you faced this, I’m sorry. I recommend changing all your passwords on all your accounts, whether be microsoft, google, instagram, discord etc etc and store them on a secure device or on a piece of paper! I recommend adding many special characters while also making the password easier to remember to some extent. Something like: “devf0ruM@Us3r-horse-epsilon”. It’s long, yet rememberable to some extent, and hard to crack.
