Hello. I am making a game! I am doing pretty well and i have my own dev team even with testers for my game but sometimes i do not know what to do next. I get stuck on what to do and it really slows down my work progress because i constantly forget what i should do next. I tried writing them down but when i sit down and think not much comes to mind. I just go along and remember pieces of information along the way. Is their any way i can improve upon this?
I have this same issue and it really urks me all the time, the best way is to just constantly remind yourself of what you need to do next or ask your community!

I was thinking the same thing tbh
I recommend laying everything you need to do on a trello board. Like alot of people say, you need every part of your game planned out. Maybe take some time off, and write every idea down as you go?
