What would be the best hitbox to use for a combat system?

I am making a game called Infernal Odissey based on the anime fire force. I am currently developing the combat system, which includes a lot of things. But what I am looking forward to is the hitbox.

Although I know a bunch of different hitboxes I wanted to know the communities opinion on which detects enemies better and is more balanced.

I want to know this so the game can be balanced and people don’t complain as this might be my first serious project on roblox.
