I’ve had to end a job I hired 2 people for early because I am not satisfied with the quality. I am trying to compensate them fairly for their work so far.
What would you guys value this work at in robux? This is all the work they have done. They modeled and textured all the assets.

This build looks very good! They did a nice job on it! I’d say 6,000-12,000 Robux for this.
I would also factor in how long it took. 10k Robux is good though.
I would let them finish and pay them what I agree to from the start.
Did you specifically tell them not to do something that they did in the builds you hired them to make? If not, it wouldn’t make sense to fire them since you didn’t mention it specific enough in the beginning. People can’t exactly know what your vision of the build is unless you explicitly give them tons of references and information, etc.
If you and the devs didn’t agree on a contract, it would be fine to fire them (legally, but not ethically) like @2112Jay suggested. If you signed a contract with them, then you better let them finish and pay them as agreed or face legal issues.
on the contrary to others i think its quite low quality as you say. i do not know how much you are paying, and it would be useful if you mentioned that, since there isn’t really a way for us to properly tell you if its worth it or not.
