We’re having people report this issue to us as well.
It happened in Emergency Response Liberty County also and is still happening to me. Once I get out of the driver seat, it won’t let me sit back in.

Is anyone still seeing this happening? On Friday morning we disabled a change we suspect might have caused it. It’s possible some old servers that haven’t restarted all weekend may still have it enabled.
We still haven’t been able to reproduce this, so we’re still not sure of a root cause.

My community is reporting that the seat is no longer an issue after the recent fix.
