hello there, i’m trying to advertise my game with ads, but when i place the bid, it doesn’t says that the ad is running, and it doesn’t take my robux away.
when i place the bid, the robux are taken instantly or do i need to wait?

You can try reading Roblox’s Advertisement Docs if you’re unsure of how to run an Ad. Do reply if you still require more help!

i already readed the documentation, but it doesn’t says anything about a wait time or something, in my case i place the bid but it doesn’t says that is running, and it doesn’t take my robux, that’s why im asking here 
Could you send a video or a screenshot of you attempting to place your bid for your Ad?
here, as i said, it says that i placed my bid successfully, but it doesn’t run the ad
(i placed 10 robux just for testing, but i’ve tried using 1k robux and its just the same)
I don’t see anything wrong with what you did. If you have an Adblocker, did you try to disable it?

i dont really know if it is a problem, but at the end of the video, after i bid the ad, you can see that it is not running
also no i dont have an adblocker
Well, as far as I know, the possible problems to this are:
- An extension is preventing the Ad from running.
- It’s an issue on Roblox’s end, where perhaps there are too many requests to the server (which means you might have to wait).
There may be potentially similar topics created along your problem, so you might want to search them up and troubleshoot your issue. If this doesn’t seem to work, try contacting @Bug-Support as a last resort.

ok, but normally talking, when you make a bid for your ad, it runs instantly? or you have to wait? thanks
I believe it should run instantly, there’s no waiting period for bidding. The only time periods where you have to wait is when submitting a new Ad, where you wait for Roblox to moderate the Ad’s pictures.

sorry for not saying after, but the problem is already solved, it was just roblox being roblox.
now, im concerned because my ad looks like this:
does the ad appears like that at the beggining or is that a roblox problem?, i really want to know because if that is a roblox problem then they just took 1k robux from me lol
It may just be a visual glitch on your side, but I’m not really too sure myself.

You might want to try viewing it again in a couple of minutes or so.
