I am trying to build a jazz show bar and when I union there is this invisible wall any idea on how to fix this

I suggest using NegativeParts when you unionate.

So by that all the parts getting union should be negative?

In the Union Properties, change

CollisionMode

To

PreciseDetoxComposition

Or one that is similar to that

Sort of.

When you unionate a normal Part with a NegativePart, the NegativePart becomes non-collidable and transparent. In other words, depending on the NegativePart’s position relative to the normal Part, NegativeParts will “hollow out” normal Parts.
