When the Process Breaks: A DMCA Case Stuck for Almost 4 Months ( Stopped getting any answer *even macros included* )

To the Developer Community and Roblox Staff,

My account was terminated on March 28, 2026, over a DMCA claim against my original UGC asset, Dominus Draconis:

Dominus Draconis - Roblox

A formal counter-notice was filed on May 27, 2026 (Ticket #170888474). Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)(C), a service provider must restore disputed material within 10–14 business days of a valid counter-notice, unless the original claimant files a federal action and notifies the provider. That window closed over three months ago.

Since opening contact with the counter-notice agent on May 28, I have followed up continuously — nearly four calendar months, every response automated, stating only that the case remains “under review.” No human has engaged with the substance of it. Each attempt to file a renewed counter-notice has been automatically rejected, since the system treats one as already open — leaving the case with no path forward and no timeline.

This isn’t my first post on this case; earlier ones aged out and stopped getting engagement, which is why I’m posting fresh rather than bumping something dead. I’m not looking to be repetitive — I’m out of other channels.

What I’m asking for is simple: a human review of Ticket #170888474, confirmation of the claimant’s status if litigation has been filed, and — absent that — restoration of the asset and reversal of the termination, consistent with the process the statute describes.

Happy to provide ticket history or documentation to anyone from staff able to look into it.
