When will Robux from creator rewards go to pending status for the group?

I recently realeased a game to my group, it has gained some players, and accordingly, I think they are entitled to Creator Rewards. After going to the creator hub and selecting the Monetization - Creator Rewards section, I saw the picture from the first screenshot, but after going to the group income, I saw the second screenshot… 30 Robux there - a commission for purchasing game passes in my game, while the income from Creator Rewards is 0

When will income from Creator Rewards start flowing into the group? Will it start flowing at all?

Rest assured that your Payout Awards, if any, are made in “Earned Robux” with a 60 day holding period. (ref Creator Rewards documentation)

On that chart, you will also see that ‘Unvalidated’ data points convert to ‘Validated’ after this 60 day holding period.

We’ll see what we can do to improve explanations on that page to make sure this is communicated more clearly.

if I understand correctly, creator rewards are stored for 60 days and then transferred to the creator’s account in pending status?

Correct, the amounts are finalized after a 60 day holding period which is when the pending payout hold is created to the creator’s account.
