As a fellow Russian who struggles with that “feature” all i can recommend is:

Buy ur own VPN server(aka proxy) in the country that is the closest to us(Netherlands, Finland, Romania etc.) and then create a new account while using this VPN(how to set it up can be found on Habr it has lots of related articles). It is not as slow as you think, for example, I have avg. 70-150 ms ping which is good enough for VPN server. Also you can split the monthly payment with your friends who struggles with it as well.

Just wait. There is nothing we can do about it and if you don’t want to lose your account the only solution you have is just waiting till Roblox negotiates with rkn. I have no idea why would they even ban chat for us in the first place, since rkn demands were smth like: “Blocking all of the LGBTQ+ content for Russian users” and some other content, but ig Roblox just decided that it would be easier to just cut off all of the communications for us
- I can’t spend my money for a walking cube game
- vpn may lead to ban because some dumb kiddo may use it too and get ip banned for something very bad then I will get banned because my account will share this banned ip, then account goes bye bye
Thats the point of renting your own server, you will get a static ip address that will belong only to you while you pay for it. Most of them are clean i.e. were not banned anywhere
Edit: there is more pros for setting up your own server than just games. Such as no traffic limit, higher bandwidth and way smaller chance of it getting obliterated by rkn, so i would recommend considering it
