Since that is not the Developer Hub, you should probably report issues with it under #platform-feedback:website-bugs.

Even if it’s not a bug, but just something that should be updated, for example builders club that should be updated to premium? Should I still post it there?

Yes, other issues with text mentioning BC instead of Premium are currently being posted under that category.
