Sometime, when i build. I want to use a black texture to give part a shade and cool texture. However, i do not know what app i could use. I have searched but didn’t find any. I know this is a simple question but i really do need the answer and it could help me out really well. Anyone know what app that i can use to make a transparent background?
i’m a little bit confused about what you’re asking, but it seems like you want to make a dark texture with a transparent background?
if so, you don’t need to download an app - i’m pretty sure you can do it on the Photo Editor Pixlr Free Advanced Photoshop & Image Editing Tool website.

Yes. Basically a decal with some empty space. When you put it on a part. Some part of it can sitll be seen.
You can try Photoshop, Photopea, or even Google Drawings. They all have the ability to make some part of an image transparent.
I always just use the free version of paint.net. It has a lot of features that Photoshop has but free.
