The cache used to be located at %temp%\Roblox\http, so I used that. Then, at some point, I only found Studio cache in it, but now, there’s absolutely nothing of use.
Does anyone know where Roblox stores that cache now?

The cache in my PC seems ok.
i think this might be a computer issue
I’ve tried like a million times reinstalling Roblox, never tried on a different computer but it used to work on this one.
I found out from a GitHub that Roblox now has some SQL database that the Roblox client stores assets in, not sure where that is though.

Found something at %localappdata%\\Roblox\\rbx-storage.db, gonna try to make use of it

Still works for me.
I would recommend checking %LocalAppData%\Roblox\rbx-storage as well. Those seem to also be cache but I am not sure.
Contents of one of the files in there starts with that header.

Yeah looks like some people have the http folder still but rbx-storage.db works too
