Hello. I am not able to find the Audio Discovery plugin in my plugins tab or anywhere else. Does it still exist? If so, how may I be able to access it? Thank you!

I am trying to use this plugin as I have heard it is able to enable permissions for all audios. Is this correct? How could I do this better?
